We are a centre specialised in delving into the complexities of family law and offering a comprehensive service of joint assessment with all the professionals needed to accompany you in all the phases and processes derived from both marital and family relationship issues, reaching solutions appropriate to each situation.

SPECIALIZED PROFESSIONALS

The Family Law Institute, directed by DMS partner Miquel A. Mas, provides its services under the responsibility of the Institute's Director Laura Vallès, a lawyer specialized in Family Law and especially in divorces, separations, support measures for people with disabilities, filiation, exercise of parental authority, etc.

In cases with international aspects, we count on the experience of the head of the international department at DMS, Sandra Krupp.

The Family Law Institute also collaborates with professionals who are highly specialized in family matters (therapists, psychologists, educators, prosecutors...), regularly organizing talks on these subjects and publishing articles in social media related to family law (articles, posts...).

Laura Vallès

I graduated in Law from the University of the Balearic Islands, where I also completed a Master’s Degree in Law.

I started my career as a lawyer in 2019, in a multidisciplinary law firm that allowed me to focus on the branch of family law, taking advantage of my previous experience in a law firm specializing in criminal law to also focus on gender violence.

SANDRA KRUPP

Graduated in 2000 with a degree in German philology and pedagogy from the University of Münster/Germany.

In 2010 I joined DMS legal intelligence, where I have been supporting lawyers and advisors with their German and/or English-speaking clients and giving them the opportunity to communicate their issues  and concerns  in their mother tongue.

Miquel A. Mas

Law graduate from the University of the Balearic Islands in 1989, since then member of the Balearic Bar Association.

As one of the founders of DMS Legal Intelligence and joint director of the practice, managing the areas of Civil Law (specialized in Real Estate Law and International Inheritance Law) and Corporate Law.

Since January 2018 President of ILAS- International Legal Accounting Solutions, a European network of lawyers and advisors based in Düsseldorf (Germany) and with offices in Europe’s major cities.

Member of the “Balearic Civil Law Advisory Council” of the Government and Parliament of the Balearic Island.
