Graduate in Law from the University of the Balearic Islands in 1989 and since then member of the Balearic Islands Bar Association.

Specialized in civil law (with a special focus on Balearic and international inheritance law and real estate law) and commercial law.

Founding member of DMS LEGAL INTELLIGENCE.

Member of the Civil Law Advisory Council of the Parliament and Government of the Balearic Islands from 2018 to 2023, which drafted law 8/2022 on the regulation of succession by agreement or contract in the Balearic Islands.

President of ILAS- International Legal Accounting Solutions (European network of lawyers and tax advisors based in Düsseldorf with offices throughout Europe).

Honorary teacher in private law at the Faculty of Law of the University of the Balearic Islands (2004-2005, 2006-2007 and 2009-2010) and at the Balearic Islands Police Academy (1992-2002).

Member of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands in the 8th legislature.

Distinguished with an award for Investigation by the Department of Private Law at the University of the Balearic Islands in 1989.

Co-author of the book ‘L’Alou I la Seva Reforma’, 1990.
