Law graduate from the University of the Balearic Islands in 1989, since then member of the Balearic Bar Association.

Founder of DMS-CONSULTING and joint director of the practice, managing the areas of Civil Law (specialized in Real Estate Law and International Inheritance Law) and Corporate Law.

Since January 2018 President of ILAS- International Legal Accounting Solutions, a European network of lawyers and advisors based in Düsseldorf (Germany) and with offices in Europe’s major cities.

He has been member of the “Balearic Civil Law Advisory Council” of the Government and Parliament of the Balearic Island (2017-2023).

Collaborated with the private Law Department of the University of the Balearic Islands as a honorary teacher and professor of Law in the Local Police Academy of Balearic Islands.

Distinguished with an award for Investigation by the Department of Private Law at the University of the Balearic Islands in 1989.

Co-author of the book “L’Alou i la seva reforma”, 1990.
