Jaume holds a Bachelor Degree in Labour Sciences from the UOC and a Diploma in Labor Relations from the UIB.

He has a long experience in Management of Public Administration, specifically in People Management, Change Management, Strategy and Achievement of Objectives.

Since 2010 he has specialized in consulting SMES in the field of labour, tax and accounting.

He is a member of the College of Social Studies Graduates of the Balearic Islands since 2006.
