Francesc Segura Fuster
Graduated in law from the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB) in 1989, when he also joined the Il.lustre Col.legi d'Advocats de les Illes Balears (Balearic Islands Bar Association).
As a founding member, he is joint managing director and head of the areas of administrative law, in which he specialises, as well as monetary claims.
He is also an associate professor in administrative law in the UIB's public law department, where he teaches administrative law and telecommunications law.
He has also taught in the UIB's School of Tourism and on the university's degree course in town and country planning, a qualification he holds.
He has published various articles in specialist magazines and co-wrote the Codi de Legislació Turística del Institut d'Estudis Autonòmics (Tourism Legislation Code of the Institute of Autonomous Studies) (second edition, 2007).
