IF INVESTMENTS OR REFURBISHMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE ON THE PROPERTY which can be proven and are not simple repairs and maintenance expenses, the calculation of the gain and the quota to pay are more complicated, but it can be estimated that for improvements prior to 1994 for every 100€ of cost, the quota to pay is reduced by 19€ for non-residents and 21€ for residents.
